Command Center Technician

📋 Description

• Provide 24/7 monitoring of data center infra via BMS/EPMS/DCIM.
• Monitor UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, and fire systems.
• First responder for infrastructure alarms; triage per SOPs/MOPs/EOPs.
• Escalate incidents to on-site ops, engineering, and leadership per matrices.
• Coordinate incident response across teams to minimize production risk.
• Maintain event logs and provide status updates during incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in mission-critical environments (data centers, utilities, or industrial ops).
• Foundational knowledge of data center electrical and mechanical infra.
• Experience following SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs in high-availability environments.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and dashboards.
• Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and structured escalation.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a 24/7 operations environment.
