Command Center Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Strengthen, maintain, and govern SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs across the Command Center.
• Enhance and own the escalation framework for incident triage and cross-functional coordination.
• Lead change management governance for maintenance activities and infrastructure changes.
• Develop and manage shift structure, handover protocols, and staffing for 24/7 continuity.
• Own the incident management lifecycle, from response to post-incident reviews and action tracking.
• Define and track operational KPIs (MTTD, MTTR, uptime) and deliver leadership reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data center ops or mission-critical infra in a 24/7 environment.
• Proven track record building and scaling operational frameworks and SOPs.
• Strong project/program management to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate ops needs to clear docs.
• Experience facilitating root cause analysis and corrective actions to closure.
• Comfortable with operating metrics and building dashboards or partnering with data teams.
