Oversee the Color team to develop seasonal color stories from concept to shop floor.
Ensure color matching, colorfastness tolerances, and calendar deadlines.
Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, and Merchandising.
Manage lab dips, dye-lots, and color records in the PLM system.
Maintain color integrity across production and supply chain.
Travel may be required to support color initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in apparel/textiles; experience in apparel brand production is a plus.
Superior score on Munsell Hue Test.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with Adobe products.
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
Knowledge to use a spectrophotometer to assess color.
