Color Design Associate

📋 Description

• Assist Design Managers in seasonal color palettes and pattern development through bulk fabrication.
• Build physical and digital color and pattern palettes led by seasonal concept boards.
• Create Product Playbooks and other visual communication assets.
• Fill CAD pages and maintain visual line sheets under Design Manager direction.
• Manage dip and artwork requests with fabrication, dye technique, and print specs.
• Build pitch sheets for artwork and pattern development with guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in color design, color analysis, textiles, or related role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion or closely related design field.
• Elevated eye for color and pattern with a strong sense of brand trends.
• Desire to work on an entrepreneurial, collaborative, diverse team focused on sustainability.
