  • This is a hybrid role based in our Raleigh office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.
TAP’s at Collibra are responsible for
  • Generating, maintaining, and processing pipeline for Collibra’s open requisitions
  • Sourcing and recruiting passive and active candidates, including interviewing, assessing, managing, negotiating, and closing.
  • Providing a proactive, detail-oriented, high-touch candidate experience across every step of the recruiting process, captured in our ATS.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to advise, guide, and influence successful hiring processes resulting in top hires.
  • Identifying and recommending or implementing process improvements as a member of the Talent Acquisition team.
You have
  • 5-8 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in both tech and nontech environments, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Successfully recruited and hired within or in partnership with a hyper-growth organization, preferably across product & marketing functions
  • Created high-quality, high-volume candidate pipelines supporting your searches;
  • Partnered with and influenced hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Embedded diversity recruiting into every step of your approach
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required
You are
  • Persistent in your pursuit, thoughtful and kind in your communication
  • Detail and process-oriented, with a personal standard for excellence
  • Customer service focused and a builder of great relationships and even better outcomes
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and high-change environments
  • Familiar with Greenhouse or other ATS'
  • A natural hunter of talent outside normal channels for sourcing
Measures of success
  • Within your first month, you will be generating high-quality, high volume pipeline, with candidates progressing throughout your processes
  • Within your second month, you will have closed your first full-cycle searches
  • Within your third month, you will have established credibility with your hiring managers and serve as an expert and advisor.
Compensation for this role

The standard base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000 per year. This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
