🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing/advertising finance roles.
- Strong leadership and mentoring of finance teams.
- FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting expertise.
- GAAP accounting and revenue recognition for project work.
- Commercial mindset on pricing, scopes, and margins.
- Excellent communication to executive stakeholders.
- Ability to operate with ambiguity during growth.
- Experience with offshore accounting teams is a plus.
🎁 Benefits
- Pay range: $200,000 – $250,000 per year.
