Overview: Collectively is seeking a Manager, Client Strategy to lead strategic initiatives for our client partnerships. In this role, you will partner with clients to understand goals, develop data-driven strategies, and translate insights into actionable plans. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure successful delivery and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Lead development of client strategy and growth plans
Build and maintain trusted client relationships
Analyze client data and market trends to inform strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to translate strategy into programs and campaigns
Manage junior team members and mentor others
Present updates and results to clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in client strategy, account management, or related field
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Data analysis proficiency (SQL, Excel; data visualization helpful)
Experience with SaaS or technology-enabled services is a plus
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent professional experience
