Role Overview

The Influencer Specialist will support our client's always-on influencer track by helping drive creator content strategy, trend responsiveness, platform expansion, and day-to-day execution of casting and content across agencies and partners to expand the brand's cultural relevance and accelerate speed to market.The Influencer Specialist will also help support in-person curatedevents, mailers, community outreach, gifting, and surprise and delight touch points toexplode the brand with earned UGC metrics.

Key Responsibilities 1. Always On Content and Campaign Support
  • Support the development of agency briefs and ensure alignment with always-onstrategic brand priorities
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with brand and agency to track deliverables,feedback cycles, updated claims, edits/approvals, and deadlines
  • Review agency workstreams (strategy recos, creator shortlists, content concepts,content approvals)
  • Uphold the brand standards and legal/claims guardrails
  • Assist with reporting and pulling learnings into summary slides
  • Culture, Trends, and Pilot Platform Expansion
  • Support trend mapping and fast-response cultural content to accelerate speed-to-market (emerging moments, subcultures, trends).
    • Propose angles and creators quickly in collaboration with the agency.
    • Support and help manage casting and content review in real-time (24-48 hours) for speed to market posting to capture the trend at the height of popularity, when relevant
  • Support Gen Alpha platform strategy development and pilot platform tests and learns (YouTube, Pinterest)
  • Partner with internal teams (brand, legal, PR) to align messaging, claims, creator integration, and ensure brand consistency across channels.
  • Track content performance trends and help summarize learnings/recs for brand teams.
  • Evaluate and connect with inbound requests from new creators, agencies, and partnerships to determine capabilities and make strategic recommendations to learn more, coordinate and organize attendees for meetings, and take next steps.
2. Community, Events & Mailers
  • Support with the execution of the creator IRL experiences, mailers, and gifting
  • Help identify and cast creators for events, mailers, and nurture repeat advocacyopportunities, and build out community campaigns
  • Assist in scaling brand programming across new city markets and test pilots to expand reach

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-6 years of experience in influencer, creator, or cultural strategy, agency, or brandside.
  • Strong project management and ability to manage multiple workstreamssimultaneously
  • Experiential or event/production in-person experience a plus
  • Passion and deep understanding of creator culture, trendspotting/ discovery, newformats, subcultures, and platform-native storytelling.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail.

++ This is a six month long contract position from January 5 to June 30th. This role has the opportunity to extend past the six month mark.

Must be based in the NYC area
