🎯 Requirements

3+ years of qualitative and quantitative analysis in this domain
Proven track record of data-driven decision making and problem solving
Ability to derive insights from data and make recommendations
Experience designing and iterating A/B tests
Experience coordinating with partner teams to drive outputs
Banking/fintech or credit risk experience is a plus
