π― Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years in financial services; delinquency/collections or customer service
- FDCPA and FCRA knowledge
- Strong negotiation skills for repayment plans
- Experience with payment processing; Microsoft, cloud-based products, Google apps
- Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and a team player
