Be primary contact for Flex Pay clients; collect outstanding payments.
Interact with customers by phone and email; explain status and payment options.
Maintain positive relationships and collaborate with Upgrade's Collections team.
Contribute to improving processes and customer experiences.
Work with other Specialists to raise the bar.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
2+ years in financial services; delinquency/collections or customer service
FDCPA and FCRA knowledge
Strong negotiation skills for repayment plans
Experience with payment processing; Microsoft, cloud-based products, Google apps
Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and a team player
