🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years in Loss Mitigation, Debt Settlement, or Collections.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of amortization, interest accruals, and reconciliation.
- Experience negotiating forbearance and loan modification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
