📋 Description

• Manage delinquent accounts across lending products
• Negotiate payoffs and payment plans with customers
• Collaborate with billing, accounting, and risk teams
• Address questions on outstanding transactions
• Track and report portfolio performance metrics
• Assist with process improvements in Toast Capital Collections

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant collections experience in lending
• Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail
• Follow process and procedures across complex interactions
• Highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Navigate complex problems while staying compliant with program rules
