🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of collections experience in B2B SaaS companies (must)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail (must)
