📋 Description

• Review delinquent accounts to determine resolution path.
• Contact clients by phone and email to discuss repayment.
• Negotiate repayment plans professionally and empathetically.
• Document interactions and agreements in the system.
• Conduct skip tracing to locate hard-to-reach customers.
• Monitor accounts for compliance with payment plans.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in consumer collections.
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
• High integrity and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
