🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in the industry with 3+ years in collateral management or related function.
- Strong understanding of VM, IM, and margin methodologies.
- Working knowledge of ISDA/CSA, GMRA, and related legal documentation.
- Independently manage margin processes and resolve disputes; strong ownership mindset.
- Experience analyzing valuation disputes with internal/external stakeholders; Uncleared Margin Rules familiarity.
- Familiarity with fund operations, custody and fund accounting workflows; NAV impact.
- Direct experience with Aladdin collateral management; Acadia MarginSphere, TriResolve, TradeServ; SWIFT messaging.
