- Experience with customer journey orchestration and success planning in high-ACV SaaS
- Track record partnering with Sales to shape and execute expansion strategies in large organizations
- Familiarity navigating procurement, security, and compliance processes in enterprise accounts
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
