  • Experience with customer journey orchestration and success planning in high-ACV SaaS
  • Track record partnering with Sales to shape and execute expansion strategies in large organizations
  • Familiarity navigating procurement, security, and compliance processes in enterprise accounts
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
