Your mission

Create a warm, responsive, and timely interview experience for candidates in service of building a world class team.

Outcomes

  • Coordinating 50+ candidates simultaneously
  • Supporting 3+ recruiters and 10+ pipelines simultaneously
  • Candidate NPS ≥80%

What you will do

  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
  • Build and maintain strong relationships while providing a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
  • Contribute to and improve our hiring processes from the ground up
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to make key hires for the organization

Role-specific

  • 2+ years of experience in a recruiting role at a startup
  • Organization & dependability
  • Experience managing calendars and orchestrating complex scheduling with ease
  • Detail-oriented
  • Stays on top of all candidate and interviewer scheduling requests
  • Extremely fast at getting back to people and candidates
  • Maintains operational excellence
  • Proactively flags opportunities to automate or improve processes
  • Maintains high level of data hygiene in ATS
  • Adheres to SLAs and keeps others accountable for hitting their SLAs
  • Growth mindset
  • Willingness and excitement to learn all things recruiting
  • Eager to take on additional scope where needed (eg. recruiting operations)
  • Eager to give and take feedback to get to better outcomes

The hourly rate for this position is $35/hr - $42/hr. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience.
