Role overview

As a Live Phone Support Customer Service Representative (Contractor), you will respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams. This is a remote position based in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions by phone, chat, and email with courtesy and clarity.
• Troubleshoot basic account issues, order statuses, and payment problems.
• Document interactions in our CRM and follow up on open tickets.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support or phone-based service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely from LATAM and manage your schedule.
• Comfortable with technology and data entry.
