Role Overview
As a Knowledge Base Manager, you will own the end-to-end creation, curation, and governance of Coinme’s knowledge base. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and Marketing to translate complex product concepts into user-friendly articles, tutorials, and release notes. Your work will empower users to self-serve, reduce support friction, and drive adoption of Coinme products across the Remote - Latin America region.
Responsibilities
- Build, curate, and maintain comprehensive knowledge base content across Coinme products.
- Develop and enforce documentation standards, style guides, taxonomy, and metadata tagging.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing to gather information and translate it into clear, concise articles.
- Create tutorials, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, how-tos, and release notes.
- Manage knowledge base platforms (e.g., Notion, Confluence, Zendesk Guide or similar CMS).
- Coordinate localization/localization efforts for the LATAM region and support multilingual content as needed.
- Analyze usage analytics and user feedback to drive continuous content improvements.
- Maintain a content backlog and prioritize documentation requests in alignment with product launches and incidents.
- Ensure information accuracy by performing regular content audits and updates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, knowledge management, or content strategy; experience with knowledge base platforms (Notion, Confluence, Zendesk Guide, etc.).
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Proficiency with Markdown and basic HTML; familiarity with CMS and content workflows.
- Strong organizational and project-management abilities; able to work cross-functionally in a remote environment.
- Attention to SEO considerations for online documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, IT, or related field (preferred).
Nice-to-Have
- Spanish language proficiency; experience with localization for multilingual audiences.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency or fintech domain is a plus.
