Improve developer and operator experience with Kubernetes tooling.
Automate and self-heal our Kubernetes platform to reduce on-call burden.
Develop new Kubernetes capabilities (jobs, cron, deployments, EFS, right-sizing).
Support services running in Kubernetes for Coinbase customers.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years software engineering; Kubernetes or similar (mesos/nomad).
Strong AWS and/or GCP infrastructure knowledge.
Ability to build backend services in addition to infrastructure.
High quality bar, self-starter, strong interpersonal skills.
Strong problem solving; root cause analysis; balance business and tech.
Crypto-forward experience (on-chain activity, ENS, dApps) – Nice to Have.

🎁 Benefits

Base salary CAD 191,100; total compensation includes equity and bonus eligibility.
