Senior Associate, Financial & International Partnerships

📋 Description

• DRI for strategic BD work streams supporting international expansion across EU/UK.
• Lead identification and development of payments and financial services partnerships in Europe.
• Set milestones and KPIs; drive go-to-market plans with regional partners and regulators.
• Manage end-to-end partnership execution from market analysis to contract implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for regional launches (marketing, legal, compliance, product).
• Navigate regulatory environments across EU jurisdictions and the UK (MiCA, FCA, PSD2).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategic deal roles with global exposure.
• Proven cross-border partnerships with banks, PSPs, or regulated entities.
• Experience coordinating with product, marketing, legal, compliance, ops and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional European languages a plus.
• Ability to navigate cultural nuances and build partner relationships across Europe.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with financial institutions.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: £102,000–£113,000 GBP.
