📋 Description

  • Serve as SME for Coinbase products; provide white-glove support to key customers.

  • Exceptional communication and executive presence with high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong investigative/analytical skills; identify patterns and assess risk.
  • Proven track record handling complex issues end-to-end.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends to support 24/7 markets.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary USD 67k–79k per year.
