📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end program to standardize a real-time customer-impact signal fabric.
  • Stand up dynamic, API-exposed cohorts for decision engines.
  • Establish and scale a specialized resolution operating model for routing.
  • Drive throttled demand staffing with WFM to balance supply and demand.
  • Define program KPIs, dashboards, and operating reviews.
  • Prioritize signals and plays to reduce LTV loss and improve CX.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of program management in cross-functional environments.
  • Real-time, data-driven programs with event streaming, decisioning, and routing.
  • Strong execution leadership: roadmapping, risk mitigation, outcomes.
  • Experience defining SLAs/KPIs and tying to revenue, retention, CX.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.
  • Technical awareness of how this technology should function.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary range: $130,900 - $154,000 USD.
  • Bonus eligibility, equity, medical/dental/vision, 401(k).
  • In-person participation required; team offsites several times per year.
