Coinbase is seeking an Associate, Corporate Development (Integration) to join the Corporate Development & Ventures team. This remote role focuses on the integration of acquired companies and cross-functional collaboration across finance, product, engineering, and operations. You will partner with deal teams to develop integration plans, track milestones, and drive post-merger value creation.

Responsibilities

Assist in integration planning and execution for acquired companies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align systems, processes, and data.
Build and maintain integration workstreams, timelines, and dashboards.
Support due diligence, deal execution, and post-merger value tracking.
Communicate progress with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, M&A, or operations.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency with Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence without formal authority.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
