🎯 Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent
- 7+ years accounting experience; Big 4/fintech/SaaS preferred
- Minimum 3 years direct people management
- Experience leading month-end and quarter-end closes
- Proficiency in US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS; SOX knowledge
- ERP experience: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle; advanced Excel
