Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures over platform accounting.
Develop scalable accounting processes for timely financial reporting.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years accounting exp; Big 4 or fintech/financial services.
BA/BS in Accounting; CPA preferred.
Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks.
Analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong work ethic and team player.
