We areseekingan experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for a local interior construction services company.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and closing skills.
Set clear performance goals and track progress through regular reviews.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and wholesale markets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, contractors, and designers.
Ensure exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry to project completion.
Resolve escalated client issues in a timely and professional manner.
Performance & Reporting
Analyze sales data, prepare monthly reports, and present performance updates to leadership.
Forecast sales, set budgets, and manage resources effectively.
Track KPIs such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Qualifications
-- 5+ years of sales & marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
-- Experience in the stone, construction, or building materials industry.
-- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
-- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
-- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
-- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
