📋 Description

  • Plan, install, maintain and test HVAC systems (residential and light commercial).
  • Diagnose issues and perform routine maintenance with minimal supervision.
  • Read blueprints and mechanical drawings; ensure code compliance.
  • Communicate with customers about scope, timelines, costs.
  • Operate service truck and HVAC tools; manage equipment.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs and work in homes, businesses, outdoors; evenings/weekends as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • Licensed HVAC Technician in CT or equivalent cert.
  • EPA 608 Certification.
  • Minimum 5 years residential/light commercial HVAC experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, refrigeration principles, and safety.
  • Experience with older/retrofit systems; leadership preferred.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
