Plan, install, maintain and test HVAC systems (residential and light commercial).
Diagnose issues and perform routine maintenance with minimal supervision.
Read blueprints and mechanical drawings; ensure code compliance.
Communicate with customers about scope, timelines, costs.
Operate service truck and HVAC tools; manage equipment.
Lift up to 50 lbs and work in homes, businesses, outdoors; evenings/weekends as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Licensed HVAC Technician in CT or equivalent cert.
EPA 608 Certification.
Minimum 5 years residential/light commercial HVAC experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, refrigeration principles, and safety.
Experience with older/retrofit systems; leadership preferred.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
