- Plan, install, maintain and test HVAC systems (residential and light commercial).
- Diagnose issues and perform routine maintenance with minimal supervision.
- Read blueprints and mechanical drawings; ensure code compliance.
- Communicate with customers about scope, timelines, costs.
- Operate service truck and HVAC tools; manage equipment.
- Lift up to 50 lbs and work in homes, businesses, outdoors; evenings/weekends as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- Licensed HVAC Technician in CT or equivalent cert.
- EPA 608 Certification.
- Minimum 5 years residential/light commercial HVAC experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, refrigeration principles, and safety.
- Experience with older/retrofit systems; leadership preferred.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
