The Project Manager will support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects by assisting with detailed project schedules, budgets, permitting, procurement, and mobilization efforts. This role helps lead field staff and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative, safety-focused work environment through regular site visits and proactive issue resolution.
Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution
Assist with developing detailed project plans, including scope of work, schedule updates, budget, and resource allocationAssist with project kickoff and coordination meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsAssist with overseeing the permitting, procurement, and mobilization processesAssist PM with owner and sub-contractors pay appTeam and Site Leadership
Assist with supervising field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safe and efficient site operationsFoster a collaborative team environment aligned with Narcomey’s valuesConduct regular job site visits to assess progress, resolve issues, and maintain accountabilityClient and Stakeholder Management
Assist PM as the primary liaison between the company, clients, and project stakeholdersCommunicate clearly and regularly with all parties regarding project status, milestones, and challengesAddress concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction and trustBudgeting and Cost Control
Track project expenses and financial performance with SAGE accounting system and ProCore project management.Identify and process change orders with appropriate documentation and approvalsReview invoices, subcontractor payments, and monthly billing and provide to PM for approval.Assist PM with the following: Submittals, RFI’s, RFQ’s / formal change, Closeouts, Insurance / W-9’s.Safety and Quality Oversight
Enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards and company policiesMonitor construction work to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specificationsCoordinate and conduct inspections, punch list walk-throughs, and final close-out proceduresAssist with ProCore QA inspections.Project Close-Out
Assist in delivering completed projects with all required documentation, warranties, and certificationsConduct post-project reviews to evaluate team performance and process improvementsEnsure proper filing of all project records and final reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project managementStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teamsProficiency in project management tool, Procore, SAGE accounting, MS project, Quick Bid In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirementsOSHA certification preferred; PMP or equivalent certification is a plusValid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites around TulsaDemonstrated ability to analyze project financials
