Position Overview:

As a Licensed Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing field surveys, preparing reports and drawings, and ensuring compliance with state and local regulations. You will play a critical role in project execution, client satisfaction, and upholding the company’s high standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of land surveying projects from planning to completion.
  • Perform boundary, topographic, construction, ALTA/NSPS, and as-built surveys.
  • Analyze survey data and legal documents to determine property boundaries.
  • Prepare and review survey reports, plats, legal descriptions, and CAD drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, engineers, architects, and government agencies.
  • Certify survey documents as per licensing requirements.
  • Participate in quality control and project review processes.
  • Qualifications

  • Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Oklahoma.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in surveying (including field and office work).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Strong knowledge of surveying methods, mapping, and legal documentation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel.
