  • Build strong,long-term client relationshipsto promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify and pursueupsell and cross-sellopportunities for additional services.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding timelines, production updates, and changes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Quoting, Order Setup & Project Coordination

  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes usingQuickBooksand set up jobs in thesystem.
  • Confirm job details, pricing, and specifications before submission to production.
  • Ensure all client materials and data are received on time to meet production schedules.
  • Track project milestones, verify accuracy at each stage, and manage invoicing and payment follow-ups.
  • Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in business, Marketing, or Communications (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • 2–4 years ofoutside sales or business developmentexperience.
  • Proven success incold calling, prospecting, and closing new business.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency withCRM platforms(Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.),QuickBooks, andMicrosoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with acompetitive, results-driven mindset.
  • Bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish) is a big plus.
