This role focuses on identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and presenting tailored print, mail, and design solutions that drive measurable value for clients.
Key Responsibilities New Business Development & Sales Growth
Proactivelyprospect for new clientsthroughsales best practices including, cold calling, industry events, and networking.Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads across target industries and geographic territories.Conductface-to-face discovery meetingsto understand client needs, challenges, and objectives.Confidentlyovercome objections, negotiate terms, andclose new businessto meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.Maintain ownership of the sales process from initial contact through signed agreement and job setup.Track and report activity, conversion rates, and revenue in the CRM system.Account Management & Customer Retention
Serve as theprimary point of contactfor assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.Provide professional, timely responses to inquiries, quotes, and project updates.Build strong,long-term client relationshipsto promote repeat business and referrals.Identify and pursueupsell and cross-sellopportunities for additional services.Communicate proactively with customers regarding timelines, production updates, and changes.Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and ensure high client satisfaction.Quoting, Order Setup & Project Coordination
Prepare accurate and competitive quotes usingQuickBooksand set up jobs in thesystem.Confirm job details, pricing, and specifications before submission to production.Ensure all client materials and data are received on time to meet production schedules.Track project milestones, verify accuracy at each stage, and manage invoicing and payment follow-ups. Qualifications Associate’s degree in business, Marketing, or Communications (Bachelor’s preferred).2–4 years ofoutside sales or business developmentexperience.Proven success incold calling, prospecting, and closing new business.Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.Proficiency withCRM platforms(Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.),QuickBooks, andMicrosoft Office Suite.Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with acompetitive, results-driven mindset.Bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish) is a big plus.
