General Position Description:This fulltime, salaried and commissioned position has overall responsibilities to build, grow and manage distributor relationships for a set of unique safety products to keep people safe in high heat work environments
Reporting Relationships:This position reports directly to the president with cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications:Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors aligned with the company's growth strategy.
Nurture and strengthen existing distributor relationships through regular communication, support, and collaborative initiatives.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Collaborate with distributors to create effective sales plans, promotional strategies, and pricing models.
Assume responsibility for the P&L of the industrial safety PPE sales channel, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
Analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Conduct market analysis and sales forecasting to inform strategic decision-making.
Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and effective marketing strategies.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure distributors are equipped with the necessary resources.
Negotiate and finalize distribution agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to market needs.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly to maintain strong, positive relationships.
Key Performance Indicators:This is a base plus commission compensation structure for an all in at the posted amount range.
