🎯 Requirements
- Licensed HVAC Technician in CT or equivalent state certs.
- EPA 608 Certification.
- Minimum 5 years in residential/light commercial HVAC service.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, refrigeration principles.
- Experience with older systems, legacy equipment, retrofits desirable.
- Excellent communication with customers, team, and office.
