📋 Description

  • Grow and manage expansion-focused NA Commercial/Midmarket AEs.
  • Collaborate with Success, Marketing and RevOps to drive expansion revenue.
  • Hire, train, coach, and manage AEs to meet booking targets.
  • Define/refine expansion strategy with CS and renewal teams.
  • Partner with peers leading EMEA and NA new business sales.
  • Remote role; OTE tied to NA Expansion team's performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in complex sales with multi-product deals; ACV $50k+
  • 1-2 years in sales leadership; manage AEs
  • Proven track record meeting revenue targets as IC and leader
  • Leadership: problem solving, written and verbal communication, team player
  • Ownership mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional global teams
