Overview

Cobalt is seeking a GTM Operations Manager to optimize go-to-market processes and enable revenue growth. You will own CRM hygiene, data integrity, and reporting while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive scalable, data-driven results.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize GTM operations across the revenue stack
  • Own CRM data quality, forecasting, dashboards, and pipeline hygiene
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to align on quotas and incentives
  • Build scalable reports, metrics, and business insights for leadership
  • Streamline workflows, enable sales teams, and drive process improvements
  • Manage tools, integrations, and data governance

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of GTM or Revenue Operations experience (or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and project management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Location and Work Model

Remote work with availability to collaborate across US time zones. Work model: remote.
