Ensure triage and tracking of third-party liability notifications for medical costs.
Maintain records of open subrogation cases and timely responses.
Identify and share claims related to potential third-party liability.
Lead negotiation and settlement of subrogation claims to maximize recovery.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase subrogation collections.
Partner with payment integrity leadership on related projects and cross-divisionally.

🎯 Requirements

Experience with subrogation at a commercial health plan
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals
High attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Ability to interpret complex CMS/DPW/PID regulations
