- Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years coating experience with metal coatings (electroplating, PVD, CVD) and plasma systems.
- Strong understanding of plasma physics, generation, reactions, and C-H coating synthesis.
- Experience scaling lab processes to production in high-throughput settings.
- Knowledge of adhesion, coating defects, surface prep, and plastics pretreatment.
- Strong problem solving, technical writing, and cross-functional collaboration.
