Co-Op, Operations Project Manager

📋 Description

• Support the Ops QMS Lead in coordinating manufacturing quality events.
• Maintain visibility, documentation and timely follow-up on events.
• Develop tools to plan, track, and report Quality Events across programs.
• Assist with basic project management: track actions, milestones, dependencies.
• Prepare status updates and dashboards for QMS and ops forums.
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, QA, QC, Facilities, and Supply Chain.

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled or recent graduate in Industrial/Systems Engineering, Ops Mgmt, Life Sciences.
• 6-month full-time co-op assignment.
• Must be 18+ and able to commute to Toronto (on-site).
• Interest in operations, quality systems, or project management.
• Ability to organize, multi-task, and manage priorities.
• Experience with project management tools; Smartsheet is a plus.
