Develop protocols for in vitro disease modelling using iPSC-based models.
Generate, expand, and analyze neural organoids and 3D microglia–neuron spheroids.
Differentiate, maintain, and characterize iPSC-derived microglia, macrophages, and related myeloid cells.
Maintain cultures with aseptic technique and robust documentation.
Support pipelines evaluating microglial responses in neurodegenerative contexts.
On-site presence required at least 5 days per week, with occasional weekends/after-hours.

Currently enrolled in a degree program (developmental biology, neuroscience).
Able to commit to a 12-month, full-time internship/co-op.
Must be 18 years old by start date.
Must have transportation to the site in New York, NY.
On-site position; on-site work required unless informed otherwise.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
