Support tech transfer activities from process development to manufacturing.
Interpret process data, identify trends, troubleshoot, and communicate findings.
Assist in continuous improvement strategies to reduce cost and improve quality.
Collaborate with Analytical, QC, and QA to ensure compliant tech transfers.

🎯 Requirements

Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Engineering or related field.
Willing to commit to a 6-month, full-time assignment.
Must be 18+ by start date.
Must have transportation to Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
On-site position; may change if notified.
Independent work, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
