Perform cell culture of hPSC lines for PD experiments.
Support experimental design and execution for cell banking/upstream manufacturing.
Assist root-cause investigations in cell culture.
Lab techniques: cell counting, DNA/RNA extraction, qRT-PCR, flow cytometry.
Collect/analyze data in ELN and trend results.
Present data to colleagues; prepare internal presentations.

🎯 Requirements

Enrolled in or completed Biology/Biochemistry/Biomedical Sciences.
Available for 8- to 12-month full-time assignment.
Must be at least 18 by the term start.
Must have transportation to Toronto, Canada.
On-site position; on-site in lab.
1-2 years aseptic culture experience.
