- Cell culture: thaw, passage, expand, and cryopreserve hPSC lines.
- Assist design, planning and lab execution for cell banking development.
- Support root-cause investigations for cell culture issues.
- Perform cell counting, DNA/RNA extraction, qRT-PCR and flow cytometry.
- Collect/analyze ELN data from cell processes and assays.
- Present data in meetings and prepare internal presentations.
- Draft study protocols, slide decks and technical reports.
- Support safe and efficient lab operations and other duties.
🎯 Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or completed biology/biochemistry/biomedical sciences degree.
- 8–12 month full-time availability.
- Must be 18+ at start.
- Transportation to the Toronto site required.
- On-site position; in-lab work.
- 1–2 years aseptic culture experience with human/mammalian cells.
- Experience with human pluripotent stem cells preferred.
- Independent and team work; self-motivated.
