Analyze operations with business process modeling to identify workflow improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPI tracking workflows and reporting.
Design and develop a resource planning tool; forecast FTE allocations.
Gather requirements with project managers to align with business objectives.
Create reports and dashboards in PowerBI and Smartsheet; support data modeling.
Build automations using Power Automate, PowerApps, Copilot Studio, SharePoint and Excel.

🎯 Requirements

Currently enrolled in or has completed a degree in Business, Biology, Engineering, IT or other STEM fields.
Ability to work a 6-month full-time assignment.
Must be 18 years old by start date.
Must have transportation to Cambridge, MA.
This position is hybrid.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
