🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years CNC programming experience
- Program and operate multi-axis machines (5-axis, 3-axis, lathe, mill/turn)
- Optimize CAM programs using Esprit, Mastercam or similar
- Create setup instructions and tooling/fixtures
- Edit G-code paths to optimize production
- Degree in Engineering or related field with 6+ years of experience
