Maintain and repair assets to keep machines operating
Provide preventive and corrective maintenance on CNCs (5-axis, mill-turn, lathes)
Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, servomotors, I/O, sensors
Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems: actuators, valves, pumps, filters
Service mechanical systems: ball screws, linear rails, guideways, gearboxes
Operate forklifts and company vehicles
Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical repair
Associates degree in a technical discipline (preferred)
Experience with CNC controls: Siemens 840D, Okuma, Fanuc, Heidenheimer
Experience installing/aligning/commissioning 5-axis machines in aerospace
Experience using Renishaw XL-80 Laser Interferometer and Ballbar
