- Set up and operate multi-axis CNC 5-axis mills
- Set up tools per program requirements
- Inspect parts via probing and hand tools to verify dimensions
- Complete machining from CAD, drawings, and verbal instructions
- Work with complex, tight tolerance parts and various materials
- Communicate with shop leadership when production is inhibited
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 3+ years of setup, operation, and/or programming of 5-axis CNC Mills
- Post secondary education in related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with Heidenhain machine controls (preferred)
- Experience with Gundrilling and P-20, H-13, Stainless steel, Graphite
- Ability to read CAD drawings, blueprints, and GD&T notes
