Set up and operate multi-axis CNC 5-axis mills
Set up tools as per program requirements
Inspect parts via probing or hand tools to verify dimensions
Complete machining operations from CAD, blueprints, and drawings
Work with complex, tight tolerance parts and materials
Meet productivity targets and communicate with shop leadership when production is inhibited

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
5+ years of setup, operation, and/or programming of 5-axis CNC mills
Familiarity with Heidenhain machine controls
Experience with materials such as P-20, H-13, stainless steel and graphite
Ability to read CAD models (NX preferred) and blueprints; GD&T
Willing to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends
