CNC Machinist, Deburr (Raptor)

📋 Description

• Deburr hardware in the assigned work center to support downstream deliveries
• Chase machine cut threads to size
• Inspect surface finishes, threads, and edges; borescope for defects
• Operate CNC machines and perform precision set-ups to meet production goals
• Perform CNC preventative maintenance weekly/monthly
• Maintain 5S and shop upkeep; complete work instructions and test plans

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years manufacturing experience
• 5+ years manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Read/write clearly; basic arithmetic; blueprint reading
• Strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork
• Overtime/weekends; 1st shift; lift up to 50 lbs; standing
