🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year manufacturing experience
- 5+ years manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Read/write clearly and perform basic arithmetic
- Experience in shop math, tooling, blueprint reading, part measurement
- Strong mechanical aptitude
