Maintain and repair all assets to ensure proper operating condition
Provide preventative and corrective maintenance on CNCs: 5-axis milling, mill-turn, lathes
Troubleshoot/control and electrical systems: PLCs, HMIs, servomotors, sensors
Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems: actuators, valves, pumps, filters
Troubleshoot mechanical systems: ballscrews, linear rails, guideways, gearboxes
Drive forklifts and company vehicles

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
8+ years maintenance technician experience
8+ years with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical repair
8+ years with CNC controls: Siemens 840D, Okuma, Fanuc, Heidenhain
10+ years as maintenance tech or field service engineer
Experience installing, aligning and commissioning 5-axis machines in aerospace
